Hi, I’m Sophie
The face behind The Wellnest Studio.
I’ve spent the last 10 years working as a personal trainer, the past 6 as a yoga teacher, and I proudly qualified as a Pilates teacher in 2024.
I have a particular interest in human movement. Not just how we train, but how we function. Whether it’s carrying shopping, running around after little ones, or improving athletic performance, I believe that the way we move in the studio should support us in everything we do outside of it.
The Wellnest & Refyne products are more than just a studio, it’s a space where women come together to feel good, build strength, and lift each other up. It’s inclusive, welcoming, and built on community. I’m so proud of the tribe of ladies that make it what it is.
